能源甜高粱茎秆节间锤度变化规律研究

摘要:
以辽甜1号和辽甜3号为试材,在灌浆期、乳熟期和成熟期进行锤度测定,分析了各期茎秆节间锤度的变化规律、各节间锤度与全茎秆锤度的关联性。结果表明:甜高粱茎秆锤度随着生长发育进程的延续而逐渐提高,成熟期达到高峰,高锤度的节间数也相应增多。灌浆期、乳熟期和成熟期3个时期茎秆节间的锤度均呈现低-高-低的变化趋势;节间糖分分布呈抛物线状,茎秆中上部糖分变化活跃且含量较高;辽甜1号和辽甜3号茎秆锤度均以第6节为最高;不同节间锤度与全茎秆锤度标准差变幅呈"W"型曲线变化趋势;辽甜1号和辽甜3号可分别以节间锤度平均值第(3+9)节间/2和第(4+10)节间/2代表全茎秆锤度。

Research on variation pattern of brix in sweet sorghum stalkfor energy use

Abstract:
Select Liaotian 1 and Liaotian 3 as test materials,their brix of stalk juice at the grain filling stage,milk stage and maturing stage were determined.The variation pattern of brix in different internodes and relationship between whole stalk brix and brix in different internodes at maturity stage were analysised.The results showed that sugar content in stalk of sweet sorghum improving with the development of the growth process.The maximum brix appeared at dough stage or beginning of maturing stage,at the same time,the number of internodes with high sugar content reach a high proportion.Brix revealed the low - high - low trend during the three growing stages.The distribution of sugar in different internodes presents a shape likes parabola.Sugar content in the upper part of stalk were high and changed actively.The highest brix of Liaotian 1 and Liaotian 3 were both at 6th internode.The standard deviation between whole stalk brix and brix in different internodes trended to "W"-shape curve.The whole stalk brix of Liaotian 1 and Liaotian 3 can be used to represented by the average brix of internode No.(3+9)/2 and internode No.(4+10)/2 respectively.
