玉米须多糖理化特性及免疫调节活性研究

摘要:
研究玉米须多糖的化学成分及免疫活性,利用系统提取分离方法,得到玉米须粗多糖(CSCP),利用高效液相和气相色谱对CSCP的分子质量分布及单糖组成进行分析;通过小鼠体外脾细胞增殖对CSCP进行免疫活性研究。结果显示:CSCP中77.5%的多糖分子质量分布于1.0×105~5.0×105之间;CSCP的单糖组成为鼠李糖、木糖、阿拉伯糖、甘露糖、葡萄糖和半乳糖,其摩尔比为1.00∶1.36∶1.30∶0.66∶2.52∶1.60,其中葡萄糖所占比例最大;CSCP能够明显刺激小鼠脾细胞增殖,并呈现一定的量效关系。

Physical and chemical properties of corn silk polysaccharideand its immunity activity

Abstract:
In order to study the chemical composition and immune activity of corn silk,we applied a systematic extraction and separation method to obtain crude polysaccharide from corn silk (CSCP for short).HLPC and GC used to analysis the molecular weight and monosaccharide composition.Mouse splenocyte proliferation was used to determine the immune activity of CSCP.The results showed that 75% of the CSCP molecular weight was between the 1.0×105 and 5.0×105.CSCP contained rhamnose,xylose,arabinose,mannose,glucose and galactose and other monosaccharides.The molar ratios were 1.00∶1.36∶1.30∶0.66∶2.52∶1.60.The largest proportion was glucose.CSCP significantly stimulated the proliferation of mouse spleen cells and had a definite dose-effect relationship.
