氮素形态对专用小麦旗叶酶活性及籽粒蛋白质和产量的影响

摘要:
针对专用小麦栽培的氮素合理利用问题,在盆栽条件下,研究氮素形态对不同专用型小麦旗叶谷氨酰胺合成酶(GS)、谷氨酸合成酶(GOGAT)活性和籽粒蛋白质及产量的影响。结果表明:铵态氮(NH4-N)能提高强筋小麦豫麦34、中筋小麦豫麦49旗叶的GS和 GOGAT活性,硝态氮(NO3-N)则能提高弱筋小麦豫麦50旗叶的GS和 GOGAT活性。施用铵态氮和酰胺态氮(NH2-N)有利于提高强筋、中筋和弱筋小麦籽粒蛋白质含量,而NO3-N则不利于提高籽粒蛋白质含量。小麦籽粒蛋白质含量与旗叶GS活性呈正相关。NO3-N可提高强筋和弱筋小麦产量,NH2-N能提高中筋小麦产量。

Studies on the effects of different nitrogen forms on enzyme activityin flag leaves in wheat and protein and yield of grainfor specialized end-uses

Abstract:
To understand reasonable utilization of nitrogen of end-use-specific cultivars,effects of different forms of nitrogen on activity of GS and GOGAT in flag leaves and grain yield and protein in wheat were studied under pot experiments.The results showed that NH4-N increased activities of GS and GOGAT in flag leaves of strong-gluten cultivar,Yumai 34 and a medium-gluten cultivar,Yumai 49;while NO3-N increased activities of GS and GOGAT in flag leaves of a weak-gluten cultivar,Yumai 50.NH4-N and NH2-N were beneficial but NO3-N was unfavorable to enhancement of grain protein content in all the three gluten types of cultivars.A positive correlation was found between grain protein content and GS activity in flag leaves.NO3-N increased grain yield of strong-gluten and weak-gluten cultivars while NH2-N increased grain yield of medium-gluten cultivars.
