| 为解决山西省小杂粮机械化播种问题,确定了与8.8~14.7 kW轮式拖拉机配套的2BX-6型小杂粮播种机的总体方案,完成了排种机构、开沟器等部件的选择和参数确定。试验及示范应用结果表明:播种和施肥深度变异系数分别为3.9%和5.8%,种、肥总排量稳定性变异系数分别为2.2%和2.1%,种、肥各行排量一致性变异系数为4.1%和1.4%,种子破碎率0.5%。该播种机一次可实现开沟、侧深位施肥、播种、覆土、镇压等功能,适用于谷黍等种型为小颗粒的杂粮作物的播种作业。 |

| To solve the problem of mechanization of coarse cereals crops seeding, a general scheme of 2BX-6 seeder for the 8.8-14.7 kW wheel type tractors was made and the parameter design of metering device and opener was completed. The results of experiment and application indicate that the coefficients of depth variation for seeding and fertilizing are 3.9% and 5.8%, respectively.The coefficients of stability variation for total displacements of seed and fertilizer are 2.2% and 2.1%, respectively.The coefficients of consistency variation for displacements of seed and fertilizer in each row are 4.1% and 1.4%, respectively and the seed breakage rate is 0.5%. The seeder can carry out the functions of cutting residues, digging ditch, fertilizing on side depth, seeding, covering soil and pressing at once, and it adapts to seeding work of coarse cereals with small particles. |
