应用体外产气与活体外消化率法评定盛花期白三叶牧草营养价值

摘要:
为测定10种国内常见白三叶牧草材料在盛花期的主要营养成分,采用体外产气与活体外消化率法对其进行评定。结果表明:试验所选白三叶材料的中性洗涤纤维(NDF)质量分数为40.59%~31.39%,酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)质量分数为19.75%~14.31%;不同材料(居群)的白三叶粗蛋白质(CP)含量差异显著,其中吉林临江白三叶的CP含量最高,为17.96%(质量分数,下同),比CP含量最低的泸定(9.66%)高出1.86倍。不同材料(居群)白三叶,干物质活体外消化率差异不显著(P>0.05), 新疆南山NDF活体外消化率(NDFD)最高(63.75%),吉林临江的最低(57.74%);各材料(居群)白三叶ADF活体外消化率(ADFD)为12.13%~17.45%。贵州地方和乌鲁木齐小地窝瘤胃微生物体外发酵最大产气量,与其他材料(居群)差异显著。不同材料(居群)白三叶间产气量变化趋势与干物质活体外消化率变化趋势相同,各材料(居群)24 h内的产气量约占总产气量的90%。试验表明不同材料(居群)白三叶在瘤胃内降解速度快,有利于采食量和消化率的提高。

Evaluation of white clover’s nutrition value by in vitro gasproduction and in vitro digestibility

Abstract:
Ten native populations of white clover(Trifolium repens L.), Luding, Wuchang, Linjiang,Baihe, Guizhou, Zhenxiong, Emu NO.1, Xiaodiwo, Qinlong and Nanshan, were evaluated in this experiment for their chemical composition by in vitro digestibility and in vitro gas production. The results showed that the content of crude protein were significantly different between varieties. The protein content (17.96%) of Linjiang was 18.59% higher than that of Luding (9.66%). The NDF ranged from 40.59% to 31.39%, and ADF 19.75% to 14.31%. With experimental steers, the in vitro digestibilities of dry matter were no significant difference among all varieties(P>0.05).The highest of in vitro digestibility of NDF was found in Nanshan (63.75%), and lowest in Linjiang (57.74%). The in vitro digestibility of ADF was from 17.45% to 12.13% among varieties. The differences of in vitro gas production of Guizhou and Xiaodiwo were largest significantly comparing with other varieties. The changing trend of gas production was in line with that of in vitro digestibilities of dry matter among the varieties. Gas production between 24 h accounted for 90% of total gas production, showing that degradation rate of white clover was so fast in rumen, directly contributes to the intake and digestibility improvement.
