盐酸克伦特罗在牛体不同组织中的代谢和残留分析综述

摘要:
就盐酸克伦特罗(CL)的理化作用,在牛不同体组织中的代谢和残留特性、残留检测中存在的问题等方面的研究进展进行了综述分析与讨论。结果表明:CL大部分经尿排出,其余大都残留在牛内脏组织、毛发及眼睛中,代谢时间较长。其中毛发和眼睛中的代谢最慢,且与色素沉积有关。另外,CL的残留与样品的保存时间及温度也有一定关系。虽然我国自1997年,已明令禁止将盐酸克伦特罗作为饲料添加剂使用,但是至今没有给出针对生产环节的采样和检测方法;盐酸克伦特罗的非法使用依然给人们的生命安全造成威胁。

Metabolism and residue analyses of the clenbuterol in different body tissues of cattle

Abstract:
The research advances in physicochemical property of the clenbuterol (CL), its retention characteristics in different body tissues of cattle and preservation conditions of samples for the CL residue analyses were thoroughly reviewed and discussed. It was documented that most of the CL was eliminated via the urine,whereas the others remain in organs,hair and eyes. Metabolism for CL spends longer time in different body tissues of cattle,especially for hair and eyes related pigmentation processes. Further more, the retention period of CL in body tissues is associated with the storage time and temperature conditions of the sample. It was also recognized that the sampling and detection methods for the production processes have not yet been standardized although the CL has been banned as feed additives in China since 1997. The illegal use of CL has still been a threat to people’s daily life.
