3种介质对黄瓜枯萎病原菌的吸附除菌效果

摘要:
对慢滤系统中采用沸石、石英砂及活性炭3种过滤介质抑制黄瓜枯萎病原菌的效果进行吸附除菌研究。结果表明:3种介质对黄瓜枯萎病菌均有一定的抑制作用;在一定时间内,菌团被吸附的总量随时间的增加而达到吸附平衡的最大值,然后由于解吸作用吸附量又逐渐变小;同种介质不同粒径相比,均为大粒径的吸附效果好:粒径0.8~1.6 mm的沸石抑菌率为80.3%,石英砂为87.9%,活性炭最高,可达93.6%;达到吸附平衡所需时间,大粒径活性炭最短,为12 h,大粒径沸石为18 h,大粒径石英砂为30 h。对于依靠吸附来抑制黄瓜枯萎病菌的沸石、石英砂及活性炭3种介质,大粒径活性炭为最佳,吸附量最大,用时最短。

Study on adsorption restraining effect of three filtration mediums on Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. cucumerinum

Abstract:
Experimental study was conducted to determine the restraint of three filtration mediums, such as zeolite, quartz and active carbon, on Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.cucumerinum in slow filter. The results had shown that the three filtration mediums had certain restraint effect on the pathogen, the number of adsorption rose reached the maximum at the beginning time, while the population of adsorption gradually to decrease because of desorption after balancing. The 0.8-1.6 mm grain of three filtration mediums had presented the best adsorption and could reach to maximum in contrast with the other small grains, and the restraint rate was 80.3% (zeolite), 87.9% (quartz) and 93.6% (active carbon), respectively. It was demonstrated that the adsorbing effects of active carbon was the best and reached to 90% in contrast with other two filtration mediums. By the determination of adsorbing time, the adsorbing effects of active carbon have presented the best and the time was 12 h, the second was zeolite and time was 18 h, and the last was quartz which time was 30 h. The results indicated that active carbon was the best filtration medium which adsorption was the maximum and the time was the less.
