| 为深入了解我国农村金融市场资金供求现状,深化农村金融体系改革,通过抽样法对农户、农村企业、农村金融机构的资金需求和供给进行问卷调查,使用统计分析方法对调查结果进行描述性分析。结果表明:农村资金通过农村正规金融机构流出农村,农户和农村企业存在着规模巨大的资金需求,而农村信用社等正规金融机构的资金供给只能满足这些资金需求的一小部分,巨大的资金缺口需要民间资金供给满足。在农村金融市场上应该放松对金融机构和金融业务的管制,培育多种所有制形式的农村金融机构,提高金融效率,以弥补农村金融市场上资金供给的缺口。 |
