末端限制性片段长度多态性技术(T-RFLP)是以荧光标记引物PCR为基础,根据末端限制性片段长度区分出微生物群体组成的一种微生物群体图谱法。本文综述了该方法在群体微生物分析上的应用及DNA提取、PCR扩增、酶切和数据分析等步骤的技巧与优化,总结了科学应用该技术的要求以及和多重PCR、gyrB基因等相结合的观点。 |

Abstract: |
Terminal restriction fragment length polymorphism(T-RFLP)is one of microbial population fingerprinting methods that is based on labeled primers-PCR to identify microbial composition according to different terminal restriction fragment lengths.The applications and technical optimizations were overviewed of T-RFLP through the procedures of DNA preparation,PCR,enzyme digestion and data analysis.The scientific application requirements and new views of combination with multiple-PCR or gyrB gene were drawn. |
