| 本文系统阐述了土地生产力研究的发展过程,着重从土地生产力研究的内涵、影响因子、评价方法及主要研究内容方面展开论述。随着社会经济的发展以及数学方法与3S技术的应用,土地生产力的内涵趋于全面,关于其评价经历了从定性评价方法走向定量评价方法,服务于选择土地利用方式、区划、规划转向服务于土地持续利用,侧重于对土地生产力的准确表达进入到涉及土地系统自身对不同利用方式的具体反映。尤其是20世纪90年代中期以来,对土地生产力的自我更新能力和土地受外应力作用后在生产力方面的表现以及对抵抗外应力的弹性限度更加关注。最后简要评述了土地生产力研究存在的问题,认为构建具有可持续性的土地生产力评价指标体系及加强3S技术的应用研究为今后的研究方向。 |
