黄芪种衣剂的研制

摘要:
针对药用植物黄芪栽培中遇到的根腐病等病害问题,初步开发研制了黄芪专用型种衣剂,并对其理化性能进行测定。该黄芪种衣剂由多菌灵、福美霜、吡虫啉、微量元素、助剂、次甲基蓝或酸性大红和水,按一定的质量比(质量分数分别为15%、12%、8%、3%、15%、2%和45%)混合后,经乳化、砂磨制成。试验结果表明:该黄芪种衣剂黏着性好、风干快且稳定性好,脱落率为0.17%,包衣均匀度达到95%,警戒色与种子的原有颜色区分明显,符合国家种衣剂质量标准GB/T 17768—1999《悬浮种衣剂产品标准编写规范》之各项规定。

Property and physiology of seed-coating materials for Astragalus membranaceus
Abstract:
The seed-coating materials for Astragalus membranaceus were preliminarily developed with the aims at the agronomic traits of Astragalus membranaceus and the main problems in cultivation.The physical and chemical characters of seed coating materials were measured.The compositions included carbendazim,cream-fu,imidacloprid,trace elements,auxiliaries,methylene blue or acid red.The mixed proportion in mass was 15%,12%,8%,3%,15%,2% and 45%,respectively.The mixture was then emulsified and grinded.The product qual...
