噬纤维菌和生孢噬纤维菌作为饲用蛋白质的综合评价

摘要:
探索噬纤维菌(Cytophaga)和生孢噬纤维菌(Sporocytophaga)作为单细胞蛋白的潜力,旨在开发非常规蛋白质饲料。通过大量收集哈氏噬纤维菌和生孢噬纤维菌的菌体,检测蛋白质和氨基酸含量,并采用胃蛋白酶-胰蛋白酶体外两步消化法测定菌体蛋白消化率。研究结果显示:哈氏噬纤维菌和生孢噬纤维菌的菌体蛋白质含量50%左右,必需氨基酸含量与酵母菌相当;用其发酵液喂养昆明小鼠30 d,没有表现出毒性;哈氏噬纤维菌菌体的消化率在90%以上,生孢噬纤维菌的消化率也在65%左右,均远远高于对照酵母菌,为最突出的特点。希望从高消化率方面为单细胞蛋白的开发打开新思路。

Abstract:
Cytophaga and Sporocytophaga are capable of decomposing cellulose and utilizing cellulose as the only source of carbon in their growth.These highly specialized organisms have potential ability to be applied in exploiting non-general protein feeding as single cell protein.The protein and amino acids contents of cells of C.hutchinsonii and Sporocytophaga sp.were analyzed and the protein digestibility was detected by pepsin-trypsin two stage method in vitro.The Saccharomyces cerevisiae and Candida sp.were used...
