猪饲料中3种大环内酯类药物的高效毛细管电泳(HPCE)检测方法

摘要:
建立了猪饲料中螺旋霉素、替米考星和泰乐菌素3种大环内酯类药物的HPCE检测方法.确定了该过程中缓冲溶液的pH、缓冲溶液类型及离子强度等电泳条件,同时对毛细管长度、内径及分离电压等仪器参数进行优化,得到分离的最优条件:在毛细管有效长度50 cm、内径75 μm,分离电压25 kV,40 mmol/L磷酸氢二钠-20mmol/L柠檬酸(pH2.5)缓冲液条件下,3种药物在15 min内得到完全分离.3种药物在10~100 μg/g范围内线性良好,R>0.999 3;饲料中螺旋霉素检测限为3.0 μg/g,替米考星检测限为5.0μg/g,泰乐菌素检测限为8.0 μg/g,添加回收率在74.5%~87.4%,方法的日内变异系数<8.1%,日间变异系数<7.0%.本方法简单快速,分离环境为水相,经济又环保,适用于大量样本的筛选.

Determination of macrolides in feeds by capillary electrophoresis
Abstract:
