| 为使云南烤烟灾害评估标准化,同时提高评估的时效性,构建了干旱指数、涝渍指数和低温指数作为烤烟农业气象灾害定量评估的统一标准.干旱指数和涝渍指数考虑了前期降水情况、连续旱(涝)日数、温度及光照情况、烤烟需水量等因子,可逐日滚动;低温指数基于低温强度、低温持续时间、烤烟所处生育期等因子.也可逐日滚动.依据灾害指数将干旱、涝溃和低温灾害划分为4级.检验结果表明,依据灾害指数所做的灾害监测结果与实况较为吻合,各等级灾情评估准确率在75%以上.构建的灾害指数在业务工作中用于烤烟灾情评估和监测,简单易行、有实用价值. |
