| 为研究政府投资对农业信息化建设的作用,采用比较分析法和图解法对政府投资作用进行研究,对我国政府在农业信息化投资中取得的成效和存在问题以及发达国家的成功经验进行分析比较。认为:在农业信息化投资中,政府基于一个用户的基础上更需要起支撑和调节者的作用;政府在加大总体投入的同时要向落后地区倾斜以促进国家农业信息化的整体发展;政府信息发布制度和标准化建设要充分利用传统媒体的优势;政府对信息化队伍建设投资要以提高农业信息化从业人员素质为目标。 |

| Abstract: |
| In order to study the function of the agricultural informationalization construction investment,we analyzed the investment effect and problems from the agricultural informationalization construction investment of government and the successful experience of the developed countries by the method of comparative analysis and diagram.The result indicated that the agricultural informationalization construction investment satisfied the rule of marginal digression,investment increment in underdeveloped area was the necessary condition to improve the total level of the agricultural informationalization construction,and the investment amount had an optimum value.In short order,the government should advance the whole diathesis of the agricultural informationalization troop,and then arrive at the goal of high quality personnel in the future. |
