| 为实现房地管理中公共信息资料的有效共享，适用目前房地合一化管理的趋势，本文提出将地形图、地籍图和房产图统一利用来采集数据，采用房屋附图实现单户房屋信息与地籍图上的房屋信息的关联，用基态修正模型来管理时空数据，为基于GIS的房地产权籍信息系统的建设提供参考。 |

| Abstract: |
| For effectively sharing of the Real Estate Information and the direction of the Real Estate management,we digitalized relief map,cadastre map and realty map all together, and conjugated separate house with land management information by using house-attached drawing. Base state model with amendments was used to deal with history data. The method of building system was also given in this paper. |
