内蒙古武川县生态足迹分析

摘要:
为定量评价我国北方农牧交错带现行土地利用方式,运用生态足迹法计算了处于该地区中部的内蒙古武川县2002年的生态足迹和生态承载力。结果表明:武川县生态足迹1.29hm^2/人,生态承载力0.95hm^2/人,生态赤字0.34hm^2/人;目前的发展处于不可持续状态。提出武川县应通过控制人口,提高土地生产力,改善土地利用方式,提高资源利用效率等多种方法来减小其生态赤字,促进该地区实现可持续发展。对计算过程中发现的生态足迹法存在的一些问题进行了讨论。

Ecological footprint analysis of Wuchuan county
Abstract:
In order to quantificationally evaluate whether the way of land usage in the north ecotone of China is sustainable,the ecological footprint (EF) analysis was used to estimated the EF and ecological capacity of Wuchuan county of Nei Monggol, where locates in the north ecotone of China, with the data in 2002. The result shows that the EF of Wuchuan is 1.29hm2, the ecological capacity is 0.95hm2, and the ecological deficit is 0.34hm2, which implies that the developing situation in Wuchuan county is unsustainable. Based on the analysis of the actual situation of Wuchuan county, some suggestions for reducing the ecological deficit were recommended. Multiple approaches should be taken in this region to achieve the goal of sustainable development, such as slowing down the rate of population growth, increasing the productivity of land, changing the traditional mode of land exploitation, and improving the efficiency of resources. Also some problems were analyzed in this article.
