三相异步电动机工作特性在线测试方法

摘要:
为解决传统方法不能在带负载情况下直接测试三相异步电动机工作特性的问题,提出一种利用圆图法理论在线测试三相异步电动机工作特性的新方法。设计了测试系统的软硬件结构,采用荷兰Philips公司生产的80C51系列单片机80C552芯片作为CPU,除80C552基本系统外,还有采样保持、整形滤波、显示和打印电路,软件部分用C51语言编写。该方法的试验结果与在相同条件下采用经典试验方法得到的结果基本一致,误差在国家标准规定的范围内。试验结果证明该测试方法不仅可靠.而且简便、快捷、节省时间和人力。

Abstract:
In order to solve the problem of which the working characteristics can not be tested directly, a new method of testing working characteristics of three-phase induction motor on line on the base of theory of round chart was developed. This system was realized by 80C51 technology. It use chip 80C552 as CPU and is composed of sampling and holding, filter wave, display and print circuits other than the system of 80C552. The software is compiled by C51. The results of the new experimentations was compared with the results of traditional experimentations at the same condition and the error was within the confines of Chinese standard. It has been proved that this new method was credible and convenient.
