秸秆物料的特性及其加工利用研究现状与应用前景

摘要:
在试验研究和对相关文献资料分析的基础上,概述了秸秆物料的加工利用特性、加工方式及设备的研究现状。介绍了秸秆压缩、剪切、拉伸特性的研究进展,以及加工方式、切割速度等因素对秸秆加工特性的影响。提出在该研究领域目前存在的问题,即测控系统难以满足实际工况条件、定量研究较少、对秸秆加工受力状况的研究不足等。分析表明,对秸秆加工特性,尤其是冲击载荷下的秸秆受力状况的进一步研究,利用有限元软件对秸秆加工进行分析,以及秸秆加工特性在机具设计中的应用研究都具有重要的理论和实际意义。

Analysis of application and prospects and study status of the processing properties of straw materials
Abstract:
To clarify the significance of study on the processing properties of straw materials, the status of the processing properties of straw materials and processing method and related machine were outlined based on experiments and analysis of literature. The development of compression and shear and tensile of straw materials were presented. The effects of processing method and cutting speed on the processing properties of straw materials were discussed. At present the main problems in this research field include three parts, system of testing and controlling can not fit the processing, research on quantify and status of processing are both limited. It is useful and important to research the straw materials properties of mechanics on impact load, to analyze its processing by FEM.
