水肥状况对土壤中铁的移动及水稻吸铁的影响

摘要:
通过模拟土柱试验研究了不同水肥状况下灰潮土和灰棕潮土2种冲积土中铁的活化淋溶、空间分异及水稻吸铁特征。结果表明,土壤淹水种稻后铁被活化并随渗漏液淋溶出1m土体。湿润处理和淹水处理相比,铁浓度无明显差异,但淋溶总量低于淹水处理。土壤各层次DTPA—Fe均为淹水处理高于湿润处理,并呈现一定的淀积趋势,交换态铁亦有类似的规律但差异小于DTPA—Fe,全铁各处理问无明显变化。土壤水分状况对水稻地上部生长无明显影响。但湿润处理降低了地上部对铁的吸收。相对而言,有机肥和化肥对土壤中铁活性的影响远不如水分的状况明显。2种土壤比较,灰棕潮土比灰潮土晚3d出现渗漏液,且前期铁浓度较低。灰棕潮土DTPA—Fe含量较高,而交换态铁含量较低,全铁2种土壤间无明显差异。

Effects of water and fertilization conditions on Fe movement and its uptake by rice
Abstract:
The effects of different water and fertilization conditions on iron leaching, spatial distribution and uptake by rice (Oryza sativa L.) were studied with soil column. The results showed that 1) iron (Fe) concentration in leacheates decreased rapidly with the submerging time. Although the wetting and flooding treatments had similar Fe concentration in leachates, the later had higher total leached quantity; 2) DTPA-extractable Fe and exchangeable Fe in soil profile were significantly affected by water and fertilization conditions. The treatments of no fertilizer with flooding (CK), NPK fertilizer with flooding (NPK) and NPK fertilizer and pig manure with flooding (NPKM) had higher values than that of NPK fertilizer and pig manure with wetting (NPKM/W). But the total Fe in soil profile changed little. There was no difference among the four water and fertilization treatments; 3) The Fe uptake by rice also followed the sequence: NPKM/W
