| 摘要: |
| 针对农业科技园区建设中存在与面临的主要问题，结合所承担的长春农业科技园区总体规划项目，从建设目的与环境条件、规划思路与建设目标、功能定位与产业发展分析、空间结构和功能分区及总体布局等方面，阐述了农业科技园区的规划思路和内容，提出综合性农业科技园区的建设应凸显功能定位准确、优势产业突出、空间结构清晰、区域城乡联动的发展理念，重点构筑产业、技术和服务三大平台，吸引技术、人才、资金等多方位的投入要素和政府、企业、科教机构、村集体、农户等多元化的建设主体，聚集区内外各种资源，培育龙头企业，带动区域农业和农村的发展。研究结果对目前我国农业科技园区的建设具有指导意义。 |

| Based on the analysis of present situation and the project of master planning for Changchun agricultural sci-tech district, considering of the planning objective, environmental condition, planning and building idea, function, industrial development analysis, spatial structure, function district and master layout, the thinking of master planning was developed and the main content of the comprehensive agricultural sci-tech district was put forward. The industrial development, sci-tech research, service environment was considered. |
