DTA-6对紫花苜蓿粗蛋白和氨基酸含量的调控作用

摘要:
以敖汉苜蓿(Medicago sativa)为材料研究了新型植物生长调节剂DTA-6对苜蓿叶片、茎杆中粗蛋白、氨基酸、必需氨基酸和含硫氨基酸含量的影响。研究表明DNA-6处理后苜蓿叶片粗蛋白含量比对照增加了39.2%,茎杆中粗蛋白比对照增加了33.5%。DNA-6处理提高了叶片中含硫氨基酸和必需氨基酸总量,降低了茎杆中含硫氨基酸和必需氨基酸总量,而且调节作用的剂量效应明显。对DNA-6的作用机理作了初步探讨。

Effects of DTA-6 on crude protein and amino acid content of alfalfa (Medicago sativa)
Abstract:
The effects of DTA-6, a new type of plant growth regulator, on the content of crude protein, essential amino acid and sulfur amino acid in alfalfa leaves and stems were studied, analysed, and the related mechanisms were inrestigated. The results demonstrated that DTA-6 increased the content of crude protein in leaf and stem by 39.2%, 33.5% respectively. In addition, DTA-6 increased the essential amino acid and sulfur amino acid in leaf, but decreased the content in stem. According to the results, DTA-6 had good effects on crude protein and amino acid content of alfalfa.
