| 对于发展中国家来说，应该从财政收入和调控进出口贸易两方面来定性、定量地研究关税问题。在均衡模型基础上分析了关税的收入效应，用关税收入限定的国内提供曲线族(HRC)对关税效应分析的Meade技巧做了改进，使一般均衡分析中关税收入效应和关税税率明确化，用HRC分析了最佳关税和最大收入关税，研究结果更具有一般性。对HRC曲线与国外提供曲线的低位置交点给出了正确的解释。 |

| Graphical Analysis of the Customs Duty Income Effect and Customs Rate |

| For developing country, the problems of customs duty should be studied qualitatively and quantitatively in two aspects: financial income and control of inport export. Based on the equilibrium model, the income effect of the customs duty was analysed. The Meade skill by which the customs is being analysed, was impoved. Thus, by using the impoved meade skill the analysis of customs effect and the customs rate in the equlibrium analysis is become more clear. The optimal customs and the maximum income customsduty were analysed by using HRC. The intersection point of the HRC curve and the foreign providing curve was correctly explained. |
