农地利用系统状态评价方法及应用--以曲周县为例

摘要:
基于农地利用系统本身的多维性,复杂性以及农地利用系统评价的模糊性特征,以曲周县为例,构建了一套适合于该县域农地利用系统状态评价的指标体系,在此基础上引入多层次模糊综合评判法对其农地利用系统状态进行了定量比评价。评价结果与县域实际情况基本相符。模糊综合评判法由于抛弃了“是”与“非”的二值逻辑,允许多个的中间状态存在,使评判结果更为精确。为农地利用系统这类复杂系统的评价提供了科学的数学框架。

Evaluation on the State of Farmland System in Quzhou County
Abstract:
In view of the complexity and multidimension of farmland system itself and the characteristics of blur existing in farmland evaluation, the study proposed a set of index system for farmland state evaluation that would be adapted to Quzhou county, Hebei. More over, by the use of Fuzzy synthetical evaluation method, the paper quantificationally assessed the state of Quzhou's farmland system . The conclusions reflected the county's status quo. fuzzy synthetical evaluation abandons the two valued logic , and it enables intermediate assessment between one state and anther state, so applying the method to complex system evaluation is more accurate,and the method offers a scientific mathematical framework to assess the farmland system.
