畜禽粪便成分快速测定方法的比较研究

摘要:
介绍了粪污计、电导仪、氨电极、粪污氮含量计量仪、反射计、快速在线畜禽粪便肥料成分检测系统等6种畜禽粪便肥料成分快速测定装置的工作原理和使用方法,阐述了上述各种快速测定装置的精度及适用范围,就各种方法的优劣进行了分析比较。与传统实验室法相比,6种快速测定方法简便、快速,具有一定的实用和推广价值,其中粪污计和电导笔成本较低,可完成氮、磷、钾和铵态氮含量的测定;快速在线畜禽粪便肥料成分检测系统能够较准确地测定粪便中铵态氮和磷的含量,但检测钾的准确度不高,且仪器设备昂贵,对运行环境要求高,稳定性差,对于固体粪便的检测能力较差。

Rapid Testing Methods for Estimating the Nutrient Value in Animal Slurry
Abstract:
different equipment and their working principle for rapid testing the nutrient value in animal slurry (Slurry Meter, Conductivity Meter, Ammonia Electrode, Slurry Nitrogen Meter, Reflectometer and In situ Nutrient Sensor System) were introduced. Their testing precision and suitability were described. A comparation of above different equipment was made. Comparing with the traditional test method, the advantages of the fast testing method are the simplicity of testing, fast speed for measurement and valuable to extend. The slurry meter and conductivity meter can be used to measure the content of N,P,K and so forth. The measurement accuracy, however, of potassium is something low. Rapid testing method set strict demands for the operation environment. The cost of test equipment is high. The stability of the test result is not good and the testing accuracy for solid slurry is unsatisfactory.
