2ZPY-H530型水稻钵苗行栽机试验研究

摘要:
对自行研制的2ZPY-H530型水稻钵苗行栽机进行了生产性试验,并与手工作业方式进行了对比。试验结果表明,该机型结构合理,工作性能稳定;生产效率高,作业成本较低。在作业质量方面,实现了水稻的有序抛栽,秧苗间株、行距合理,利于植株通风透气及采光,方便田间管理;水稻后期长势粗壮,抗倒伏,结实率高,稻穗饱满。

Experiment Study on 2ZPY-H530 Rice Potted-seedling Transplant
Abstract:
The 2ZPYH530 Rice Potted seedling Transplanter that was researched, produced and tested on the field. The manufacture and transplanting quality were compared with rice transplanting by hand. The test results showed that the design of mechanism is reasonable, and the working function is quite steady. The orderly transplanting, the crop reasonable plant and row spacing were good, which are benefit to the ventilation, for getting light and field management. Machine planting rice can resist falling down, and have higher yield and fuller spic. The machine operation has higher efficiency and lower cost.
