冬枣湿冷保鲜技术的试验研究

摘要:
研究了湿冷条件下,不同采收期、不同成熟度冬枣的耐贮性,比较了鲜枣保鲜剂和臭氧的杀菌、抑菌作用。试验结果表明,湿冷保鲜和臭氧杀菌技术能有效地延长冬枣的贮藏寿命,提高冬枣产业的经济效益。

Study in Humidicool Storage and Fresh on Winter-jujube
Abstract:
The storage properties of different harvest and maturity deg re e of Winter-jujube under the Humidicool condition were studied, and the effect of sterilization of preservative of fresh Chinese Jujube was compared to that of ozone. The results showed that the technology of Humidicool preservation and st erilization of ozone can increase the storage-life of Winter-jujube effective ly, and thesefore the economic benefits of Winter-jujube industry can be improv ed.
