PEG胁迫下水、陆稻幼苗生长势比较研究

摘要:
选用2个陆稻品种作为抗旱类型,2个水稻品种作为敏旱类型,以PEG作为水分胁迫剂,通过对幼芽,幼根和幼苗等不同时期或状态的PEG胁迫比较水,陆稻的生长势,。研究结果表明:水,陆稻幼芽粗度,幼根粗度差异相对较小;/陆稻幼芽长度,幼根长度,发芽率及3周后苗高等明显比水稻表现有较强的生长势,因此可用这些性状与抗旱品种的相对生长势鉴定水,陆稻的抗旱性,未浸种处理的种子可用15%的PEG溶液胁迫,浸种处理过的种子可用20%的PEG溶液胁迫,低浓度的PEG溶液(<15%)胁迫抗旱类型与敏旱类型差异不明显,高浓度的PEG溶液(>20%)胁迫对所有试验材料损伤严重,达不到鉴定抗旱类型与敏旱类型的目的,因此,可以在15%(未浸种)或20%(浸种)浓度的PEG处理下,以抗旱的陆稻品种作对照比较幼芽长度,幼根长度,发芽率及幼苗高度等性状的相对值Xu/Xp,%,称胁迫系数)来判别供试品种的抗旱性,以达到简单,快速鉴定抗旱品种的目的。

Comparison of Growing Tendency During Young Seedling Between Paddy Rice and Upland Rice Under PEG Water stress
Abstract:
Two upland rice varieties(as drought resistant type) and Two paddy rice varieties(as drought sensitive type) were investigated using PEG 6000 as water stress agent, in order to search a convenient, quick approach of appraising drought resistance. The results showed that the thickness of buds and young root were a little different between paddy rice and upland rice; The upland rice appealed stronger growing tendency than the paddy rice in terms of length of young buds and young roots, the percent of germination and the height of three week seedlings. Therefore, They can be used as criteria for assessing the drought resistance. However, the difference between drought resistant type and drought sensitive type was not obvious if the seeds were treated with 15% PEG solution or soaked with >20% PEG solution for high density PEG solution made all rice varieties seriously damaged. It is concluded that relative growing tendency ( X U / X P ,%,index of water stress) the length of young buds and young roots, the percent of germination and the height of three week seedlings between drought resistant upland rice variety and paddy rice variety can be used to identified drought resistance, under 15% (for soaking seeds) or 20%(for non soaking seeds) PEG 6000 water stress.
