直喷式柴油机可变涡流进气系统的设计与试验研究

摘要:
研究了一种直喷式柴油机控制涡流型可变涡流进气系统,并在气道稳流实验台上对该进气系统的充气性能了试验。试验结果表明,所设计的控制涡流型进气系统能够在不改变原机气道充气性能的前提下实现对进气涡流强度的控制。

Abstract:
A kind of variable swirl intake system with subsidiary swirl control of D. I. diesel engine is developed, and intake character of this intake system is tested on the intake channel steady flow test stand. Results showed that the intake swirl intensity can be controled by this new system on the basis of intake function of original intake channel does not change.
