| 通过城市化格局的国际比较，分析了改革开放以来我国城市化格局的变动态势，以及形成这一格局的制度成因。指出1978年以来以分散化为特征的城市化格局并不是市场选择的结果，而是在一系列制度和政策作用下形成的。 |

| Comparing the structure of urbanization between China and other selected countries, the institutional factors that formed the structure of urbanization is analyzed. It is concluded that the reason for forming Chinese urban structure is not the result of marketing choice, but determined by the systems and government policy. |
