| 在对湘潭市农业产业现状进行考察分析的基础上，论述了农业产业结构调整的必要性和调整思路。提出了政府引导、财政补贴、发展奶业；加大科技投入、开发地域特色农产品；拓展家庭养殖种类，扩大鹅鸭业向纵深产业发展；合理规划、因地制宜，促进小城镇发展；利用生态优势，适当增加特种种植和养殖规模等产业结构调整的具体措施。 |

| The necessity and thinking on the structural adjustment in agricultural industry is discussed, on the basis of investigation and analysis on agricultural present situation of Xiangtan city. A series of feasible measures for improving the agricultural structure, such as government guiding, financial allowance, developing dairy production, increasing science and technology input, developing agricultural products which have the local characteristics, etc. were taken and put forward. |
