蛋公鸡和肉鸡蛋白消化酶活性及饲料氨基消化率的比较研究

摘要:
试验选用成年海兰褐种公鸡和 4周龄艾维因商品代肉公鸡 ,用 Sibbald“TME”法测定豆粕、棉粕、菜粕氨基酸消化率和强饲 3种蛋白饲料后胰腺、小肠食糜蛋白消化酶比活 ,结果表明 :蛋公鸡和肉仔鸡饲料氨基酸消化率除豆粕组肉仔鸡显著高于蛋公鸡 (P<0 .0 5)外 ,棉粕、菜粕 2组没有显著差异 (P>0 .0 5)。蛋公鸡和肉仔鸡蛋白消化酶比活除菜粕组蛋公鸡胰腺胰蛋白酶原比活显著高于肉仔鸡外 (P<0 .0 5) ,豆粕、棉粕组蛋公鸡和肉仔鸡蛋白消化酶比活没有显著差异 (P>0 .0 5)。

Comparative Study of Proteinase Activities and Digestibility of Amino Acids of Feedstuffs Between Roosters and Broiler Chicks
Abstract:
Hy line Brown roosters and 4 week old commercial Avain broiler chicks were force fed soybean meal (SBM), cottenseed meal (CSM) and rapeseed meal (RSM) in two experiments to determine digestibility of amino acids and the specific activities of proteinase in pancreas and small intestinal contents. The results showed that there were no significent differences for amino acids digestibility between roosters and broiler chicks in CSM and RSM, except digestibility of amino acids of SBM was markedly higher in broiler chicks than in roosters( P <0.05) There were no significent differences ( P >0 05) in specific activities of proteinase between roosters and broiler chicks in SBM and CSM However trypsinogen specific activities in pancreas of broilers were significently lower than those of roosters in RSM( P <0.05).
