去盲肠鸡和未去盲肠鸡测定饲料氨基酸消化率的研究

摘要:
试验表明,玉米、豆粕用去盲肠鸡和正常鸡测出的氨基酸真消化率差异不显著;棉仁粕用未去盲肠鸡测定的氨基酸消化率显著高于去盲肠鸡测定的氨基酸消化率(P〈0.05);菜籽粕用正常鸡测定的氨基酸消化率显著高于用去盲肠鸡测定的消化率。因此,当测定玉米、豆粕氨基酸消化率时,可以使用去盲肠鸡也可用未去盲肠鸡进行测定;但测定棉仁粕、菜籽粕氨基酸消化率时,为了获得可靠合理的数值,应选用去盲肠公鸡来进行测定。

Abstract:
With intact and caecectomized cockerels, digestibilities of amino acids in corn, soybean meal, rape seed meal and cottonseed meal were determined. The results indicated digestibilities in corn and soybean meal of both groups were not significant.As to cottonseed meal, digestibilities of Lys, Met, Cys, Trp, Phe, Arg and His were higher of cockerels with caecum than that of caecectomized cockerels ( P <0.05). While all essential amino acids digestibilities with caecum cockerels were higher significantly than that with caecectomized cockerel for rapeseed meal. Therefore, it was suggested that the cockerels with caecum can be used for measuring amino acid digestibilies for corn and soybean meal. But in order to get accurate data,when determine amino acid digestibilies, it is necessary to use caecectomized cockerels for rape seed meal and cottonseed meal.
