| 采集46头天津白种猪耳组织样，用高盐法提取DNA，特异性扩增包含C1843在内的CRC／RYR1660hp片段，用HhaI进行直接酶切，根据电泳图谱确定MHS基因座位上的基因型。结果表明：46头天津白猪中，杂合猪（MHSN／MHSn）为5头，占10．87％，纯合阴性猪41头占89．13％，没有发现纯合阳性猪。MSNN和MSNn的基因频率分别为0．9456和0．0544。 |

| The DNA in tissue of ear skin of 46 Tianjin White are collected to test the gene and genotype frequencies of porcine Malignant Hyperthermia Syndrome (MHS) locus according to the electrophoresis diagram by means of the method of PCR-RFLP. The results show that the frequency of MHSN/MHSn,MHSN/MHSN and MHSn/MHSn genotypes are 10. 87%,89. 13% and 0%, respectively. The frequency of MHSN gene and MHSn are 0. 9456 and 0.0544. |
