农机转子动平衡的新方法

摘要:
多数农机转子属于挠性转子,其动平衡应该在工作转速下进行多平面矫正。传统的低速补偿两端面矫正方法,难以保证挠性转子的动平衡精度。针对农机转子特点提出的3级转速多平面矫正法,既简化了挠性转子复杂的动平衡步骤,又提高了转子实际工况的动平衡精度。所研制的全自动农机产品动平衡机,具有动平衡精度高、效率高和操作简便等特点。

New Dynamic Balancing Method on Rotor of Agricultural Machinery
Abstract:
Many rotors of agricultural machinery are flexible. The dynamic balancing testson them should be done on many plans at working speed. The traditional method on twoplans and at low speed can't meet the accuracy requirments of the dynamic balancing onflexible rotors. The multi-plan and three-speed step balancing method is putting forward tosimplify the balancing progress and improve the balancing accuracy of working rotors. Akind of automatic balancing machine, which is accurate, efficient and easily-operating, isdeveloped.
