| 通过试验研究了在鲁梅克斯K-1的加工中应用超滤技术对其汁液进行浓缩并减少加热提取叶蛋白时的能源消耗的方法。试验表明：采用聚砚中空纤维膜对该作物进行浓缩加工的技术不仅实用，而且节能效果明显。 |

| Based on experiments, the application of the ultrafiltration (UF) technology onthe procession of Rumex K-1 is studied to concentrate juice and reduce the energy waste inthe leaf protein extracting. The experiments show the using of the PS hollow fiber UFmembrane in the concentrating procession of Rumex K-1 is practical and efficent. |
