| 基于对不同类型区农业资源高效利用技术集成专家系统的内涵和特点的认识，针对我国农业资源高效利用与规划管理的实质，探讨了农业资源高效利用技术集成专家系统（EUARES）的设计。在剖析了EUARES的总体目标和具体任务的基础上，从人员组成、硬件／软件系统、数据库、知识库、方法库、模型库等方面，阐述了系统的组成；从系统基本功能和应用功能方面，论述了EUARES的系统功能设计。 |

| Abstract: |
| On the basis of the intention to the efficient utilization of agricultural resources,the design on the expert system for efficent utilization of agricultural resources(EUARES) isdiscussed. Based on the analysis of Macro-objects and concrete targets of EUARES, thesystem components are described in the aspects of person, hardware, software, database,knowledge-base, model-base, and method-base. Basic and application system functions ofEUARES are described. Four key problems are disscussed, and primary conclution has beenmade. |
