机械系统虚拟样机技术的研究与开发

摘要:
回顾了机械系统虚拟样机技术的发展历史,简述了它对缩短机械系统产品设计开发的周期、降低成本、提高质量等方面的作用。对比分析了其理论基础──求解机械系统运动学和动力学的各种常用方法及其特点。阐述了国内外机械系统虚拟样机技术的研究现状,以及目前国内研究存在的问题。最后提出并分析进一步研究与开发的任务和对策。

Abstract:
The development of mechanical system virtual prototyping is introduced. Theeffects of mechanical system virtual prototyping on the time-saving, cost-cutting and quality-improving, etc. in the products designing are put forward briefly. The theoretical basesincluding many specialized techniques and analystical methods of dynamics and kinematicsare compared. The present situation and problems of the research on mechanical systemvirtual prototyping are discussed. The tasks of further research are given.
