| 本文探讨了６－苄基氨基嘌呤的紫外分光光度分析方法，测定波长为２７５ｎｍ，在０￣９ｍｇ·ｋｇ＾－１范围内有良好的线性关系，相关系数为０．９９９７，变异系数为０．７２，用高效液相色谱法对紫外法测定样品的可靠性加以确证。 |

| Abstract: |
| A UV spectrophometry method to determine 6-benzylaminopurine at 275 nm is described. The calibration curve is linear in the range of 0~9 mg .kg-1 and the correlation coefficient is 0. 999 7. The coefficient of variation is 0. 72. the reliability of this methed has been confirmed by using HPLC. |
