三峡水轮机转轮中三维空化流动的解析理论与方法

摘要:
为了提高三峡水电站水轮机的空化性能,提出了水轮机转轮三维空化流场的分析理论与方法,通过数值模拟首次实现了混流式水轮机转轮内三维空化流场和叶片上三维空穴匹配的预测。将流面S1保角变换成圆柱或环列翼栅,用非线性贴体面元奇点法解映射二维平面上翼栅的空化流动。采用流线曲率法计算有厚叶片S2流面的流动。对流面S1与S2空化流解进行迭代计算,以最终确定转轮中三维空化流场。计算结果表明它适用于任何一种型式的反击

Analytic Theory and Method of 3D Cavitation Flow Field in Hydraulic Turbine Runner of Three Gorges Power Station
Abstract:
For the improvement of turbine cavitating performance of the Three Gorges PowerStation, an analytic theory and method of 3D cavitation flow in the hydraulic turbine runnerare established. The 3D cavitation flow field in the turbine runner and 3D cavity region onthe blade are predicted by the numerical simulation firstly. The flow surface S1 is trans-formed by the comformal picture to the cylindrical or annular cascade and cavitation flow onthe picture plane cascade is solved by the non-linear surface panel singularity method. Theflow field in the S2 surface with thick blades is calculated by stream line curvature method.lteration between solutions of S1 and S2 is accomplished in order to determine 3D cavitationflow field in the runner. The calculating results show that the present method is possible forthe analyses of 3D cavitation flow field of all types of the reactive turbine runner. The pre-dicting results of cavitation flow in turbine runner of Three Gorges P. S. are given.
