| 针对重组子中１００ｂｐ左右的小插入片段与载体不能同时在普通琼脂糖胶上呈现而无法用内切酶图谱鉴定此类重组子的问题，提出了小插入片间接内切酶图谱，并用普通琼脂糖凝胶电泳研究分析了此类图谱。 |

| Study on Map of the Recombiant Contained Small Insert by Indirect Restriction Analysis |

| Abstract: |
| When the insert is about 100bp long, the insert and its vector can't be revealed in the normal agrose gel. For solving this problem the indirect restriction map has been established and analysised on normal agarose gel through electrophoresis. The result show that indirect restriction map can be used as the identification of recombinant which contained small insert at common laboratory with normal agarose gel electrophoresis. |
