| 针对我国农村小城镇综合实力分析存在量化不足的问题。提出一种有产儿的评价方法。从基础水平、容量、潜质标识这３个方面，建立了小城镇实力综合评价指标体系。以甘肃省白银主上城镇为例，动用因子分析法建立综合评价数数据库。经过经运算，确定出白银市７９个小垢综合实力指数，并按其大小进行总排序。 |

| Appraisal Analysis to Potential Index of Small Towns |

| Abstract: |
| An appraisal method is put forward for estimating the synthetical potential of small towns. A synthetical appraisal index system was bui1t up on the bases of basic levels,capacity and indexes of potential quality. A data base for the data acquired from Baiyin,Gansu province,was worked out with the method of the factor analysis. The synthetical potential indexes for 79 small towns of Baiyin is defined and sorted in terms of their indexes. |
