JSP—1型激光扫平仪的发射装置

摘要:
介绍JSP-1型激光扫平仪发射装置的工作原理。为保证该装置在作业半径为120m范围内测平精度不超过1cm,探讨各种误差因素对激光测平精度的影响。分析了在远场条件下光衍射所引起的光讯号的能量分布,并用实验证实在300m远处该装置发出的激光信号仍能满足测平精度的要求。

Abstract:
The operation principles of transmitting equipment of laser planing system type JSP-1 is introduced. The affects on the measuring accuracy caused by various error factors have been investigated to ensure the measuring accuracy of this equipment being less than 1cm within the operational radius of 120 m. The energy distribution of the optical signals produced by diffraction phenomena under farfield condition has been analysed theoretically, and it has been shown that the laser signal can still satisfy the requirements of planeness measuring accuracy less than 1 cm at a point 300 m afar.
