用平菇将作物废弃物转化成饲料的初步研究

摘要:
根据平菇在生长过程中能够分泌胞外木质纤维分解酶的特点,提出了利用平菇将作物废弃物转化成饲料的思路。通过对平菇在棉籽壳培养料上不同生长阶段培养料基质组分的检测及对基质饲料价值的评定,发现用刚出芽时的培养料作饲料价值较高生产成本较低,此时粗蛋白含量提高了110%,而粗纤维含量却降低了30.8%,基质质量损失不超过15%。

Converting Crop Wastes to Feed With Pleurotus Ostreatus
Abstract:
In terms of pleurotus ostreatus' characteristic of secreting extracellar enzymes duringgrowing to degrade and digest lignin and cellulose, a new idea of using P. Ostreatus to degradeand convert crop wastes to feed was advanced. The component contents of cottonseed husk substrate at different growing stages throughout cultivating period were tested, and the feed valuesof substrates at various growing stages were evaluated, it's found that the feed value of substratewas better when sprouts just emerged from substrate surface, at this time, the coarse proteincontent of substrate was raised by 110%, but the coarse cellulose content degraded by 30. 8% ,and the lost weight not over 15%. The extrabody dry matter digestion rate trial on beef cattlewith corn stalk substrate harvested when sprouts just emerge was conducted, and a satisfying result was achieved.
