鱼油及n-3不饱和脂肪酸营养功能的研究进展(综述)

摘要:
鱼油中富含长链n-3族脂肪酸EPA(甘碳五烯酸)和DHA(廿二碳六烯酸)。关于EPA和DHA营养功能的研究已广泛展开,本文就n-3族脂肪酸营养功能的研究现状及其分子作用机理作一概要综述。

Abstract:
Fish oil contains a high percentage of long chain n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acid:eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). In this paper, recent de-velopment in the reseaches regarding the molecular mechanism and the nutritional effect of EPA and DHA are reviewed.
