不同调节措施对菜豆吸收矿质元素及其在体内分布的影响:Ⅱ.Fe,Mn,Cu,Zn

摘要:
用营养液培养方法研究了在不同铁供应水平下,该态氮(NH-N)和硝态氮(NO-N)以及老叶遮光对菜豆吸收铁、锰、铜、锌及其在体内分布的影响。结果表明,NH-N的供应抑制了菜豆对锰、铜的吸收及向上部的转移,促进了缺铁菜豆对锌的吸收和铁、锌向地上部的转移。老叶遮光明显提高了菜豆对铁、标的吸收,对铜和锌的吸收没有显著影响。氮素形态对新叶中铁含量的影响不大;NH-N的供应显著降低了新叶中锰、铜以及供铁菜豆新叶中锌的含量,提高了缺铁植株新叶中锌的含量。铁的供应使新叶中铁的含量明显增加,锰、锌的含量明显降低,铜的含量却无明显变化。老叶遮光对新叶中铁、铜、锌的含量影响不大,却使锰的含量显著增加,在缺铁时尤为突出。铁和NH-N都能使新叶中活性铁含量显著增加,活性锰含量明显降低;同时,NH。”-N的供应使新叶中活性锌含量明显增加,铁的供应对此无明显影响。本文对菜豆老叶、茎、根中铁、锰、铜、锌含量的变化规律也进行了详细的研究。

Abstract:
The effect of iron,two forms of nitrogen and shading on uptake and distribution of microelements in bean plants were studied in nutrient solution under controlled condi-tions. The results demonstrated that iron supply improve uptake and content in young leaves obviously and decreased Mn,Zn, Cu uptake and content in young leaves no matter what kind of nitrogen was supplied. At the same time, different nitrogen forms could also influence the contents of Fe, Mn, Cu, Zn in plants. Compared to NO3-N, NH-N supply could improve active Fe content in young leaves and decrease Mn, Zn, Cu content under Fe-deficient condition. Though there was lower Fe content in the roots of NHt -N-fedplants comparing to NO,-N supply, there were higher Fe contents in young leaves. More-over, Fe and NH:-N supply improved active Fe content and decreased the contents of ac-tive Mn and Zn in youngleaves of bean plants. The shading of first leaves improved Fe,Mnuptake and Mn content in young leaves, but there was no influence on Zn,Cu contnt inyoung leaves. The influence of iron, nitrogen forms and shading on contents and distribu-tion of Fe, Mn, Zn and Cu in first leaves, stem and roots were also discussed.
