| Effects of Silicon in Stepped Quenching Bainite Ductile Iron |

| Abstract: |
| The effects of silicon on structures,mechanical properties and phase transi-tion dynamics of stepped quenching bainite ductile iron is studied. It is found that the transition in bainite ductile iron can be brought out by silicon, and thus the structure with good mechanical properties can be obtained. The theoretical analysis of this impor-tant effect is described. |
