| 根据自动洗车机的工艺过程和控制要求，采用C－60P型可编程序控制器设计了自动洗车机的控制系统。利用梯形图设计了条件编码顺序控制程序、时间控制程序、锁存控制程序及输出控制程序，硬件配置包括行程（限位）开关、电磁阀、交流接触器、电动机等电气设备。实践表明，该系统工作可靠，性能良好。 |

| Control System of Programmable Controller Used in Automatic Car Washers |

| Abstract: |
| According to the technological process and control requirements of the automatic car washer, a C-60P programmable controller is applied in the control system ofthat washer. The condition coding control program,time control program,latching control program and exporting control program are developed using ladder diagrams. Thehardware of this system includes some electric equipment such as limit switches,electromagnetic switc hes, alternating- current contact ors and motors. This control system hasbeen proved to be very popular due to its high reliability and good performances. |
