桂皮中天然抗氧化剂的提取及应用

摘要:
经过筛选试验发现,我国作为香料及中药的挂皮(cassia)对油脂有很强的抗氧化效能,用石油醚脱脂,己烷乙醇混合液提取,过 Florisil 柱脱色,得天然抗氧化剂 MC-1。这种抗氧化剂对鸡、鸭、鹅、猪等动物油脂显示强的抗氧化效能,在模拟胃液条件下具有阻断亚硝胺合成的作用。

Abstract:
The isolation of antioxidant from cassia,leaves of tea,percimmon,and eucalyptus was stuided.It was showed that cassia has more effective antioxidative activity than others.Antioxidant MC-1 was extracted by hexane-etanol from cassia which was seperated from lipid with petrolum ether.The an- tioxidative activity of MC-1 was tested on lard,chicken,duck and goose oil.It was found that cassia not only has very strong antioxidative activity against each of the substrate,but also has the effect of blocking nitrosa...
