VA菌根菌丝对不同形态磷肥的吸收利用

本研究采用三室隔网盆栽试验方法,选择两种不同形态的磷肥研究 VA 菌根菌丝对三叶草植株生长和对肥料磷吸收利用的影响。水溶性磷肥(三料过磷酸钙)和难溶性磷肥(磷矿粉)施于边室土壤中,另设不施磷肥的对照,3种施肥处理的植株分别接种和不接种 VA 菌根菌 G.mosseae。结果表明,接种菌根显著增加了植物的生长量,改善了植株的磷素营养状况,根外菌丝对肥料磷的吸收使植株对难溶性磷肥的利用率提高了一倍。

Abstract:
In order to investigate the role of VA mycorrhizal hyphae in taking up phosphorus from phosphorus sources of different solubilities,a model experiment was conducted under controlled condition.
